Chef Akshay Powar brings years of hands-on experience in professional kitchens, restaurant ownership, and hospitality operations.
His culinary journey includes experience with respected hospitality brands such as Marriott and Carnival Cruise Line, along with extensive experience as a Head Chef.
His expertise spans Indian cuisine, South Indian specialties, continental cuisine, menu development, kitchen management, food-cost control, staff training, catering, and restaurant operations.
Throughout his career, Chef Akshay has led kitchen teams and trained culinary professionals while maintaining a strong focus on consistency, quality, and guest satisfaction.
